1 Fill Out Your Intake Form

This allows our doctor to review your file and approve you for any prescription deemed safe and appropriate for your weight loss and health needs. We provide rapid same day approvals!

2 Schedule Your Consultation

Contact our office to speak with one of our specialists to schedule an appointment, or schedule your own appointment here

3 Receive Your Program

After an appointment is completed in person or virtually, you will receive all your program supplies and you can get started right away!

Appointments can be made by phone, video (FaceTime/Skype), or in person — whatever’s easiest for you.

Telemedicine Consultation

Talk with a licensed provider from wherever you are — no waiting room, no time off work. Available by phone or video.
